Our Midlands team has been shortlisted for an award by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce for their work in 2021.
Finalists in the Excellence in Sales & Marketing category, the team based in Birmingham has played an important role in bringing over £300m worth of investment into the Greater Birmingham region over the last twelve months.
As well as major investment across the Chamber geography, our work has helped bring forward a significant amount of jobs, not only once approved schemes are operational but through construction and the supply chain.
We have helped deliver development and regeneration that spans across demographics and age ranges with success for student accommodation, logistics and distribution centres, retail and restaurants.
2021 has seen many major successes across Greater Birmingham, with a number of planning approvals for a range of schemes spanning property, logistics, mixed-use, and student accommodation.
Speaking of being selected, Verity Barr, Director of our Birmingham-based Midlands team said:
