We’re excited to announce the appointment of two new Directors to our growing Health team at Cavendish, reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-impact communications across the evolving healthcare landscape.
Helen Fitzhugh has been promoted to Director following a series of standout contributions across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. Helen brings in-depth expertise across the science, health, and technology sectors. She has played a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes for clients, including Elsevier, Alexion and consumer health brands, helping them navigate regulatory shifts and engage diverse audiences. Her experience spans both in-house and agency roles, supporting clients from innovative start-ups to global corporates.
Kerry Lennox has also been promoted to Director in recognition of her outstanding work advising major pharmaceutical and healthcare brands across the UK and EMEA. Kerry has led communications strategies for organisations such as Gilead Sciences and Aetna and brings extensive experience spanning corporate positioning, thought leadership, and reputation management. Kerry has a proven record of creating communications programmes that support client business goals, helping health, life sciences, and technology companies convey key messages and influence stakeholders in dynamic settings.
Both Helen and Kerry are already playing an integral role in shaping our growing pharma-focused offering, as well as supporting clients such as ISIC, Wellcome Genome Campus, and many of our health-tech partners.
At Cavendish, we help healthcare and pharma brands communicate with purpose – crafting strategies that connect science to society and insight to action.
