We’re over the moon to have been named as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year running. This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the culture we continue to build together.
In particular, we were recognised for looking after our staff with our industry-leading Your Wellbeing programme, which includes private healthcare, discounted gym memberships, free annual health checks and a 12-month Headspace subscription. Judges applauded the fact that we have designated mental health first aiders in every office. Our popular Your August policy was a standout factor, where employees are encouraged and enabled to work from anywhere for the full month and finish at lunchtime on Fridays.
Carl Daruvalla, our CEO, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to be recognised again, especially because this accolade is based on feedback from our people. This recognition belongs to the whole team. We’ve worked hard to create an environment where talented people feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work, so to see that reflected consistently is fantastic.”
“It was always our ambition to be recognised in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work listing, but to achieve this for three consecutive years means a great deal to us all. It reaffirms our commitment to building a genuinely world-class consultancy, delivering exceptional work for clients and underpinned by an ambitious, collaborative and high-performing culture.”
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work analysis uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to assess workplace engagement and wellbeing. Organisations are evaluated against a six-step framework measuring reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.
