Lens Awards Recognise Cavendish’s Creativity and Innovation in Video 

Video continues to be an essential tool for organisations wanting to connect with their audiences in a compelling and emotional way. The Lens Awards, now in its fourth year, celebrates the trailblazers who are setting the standard for excellence in visual communications, showcasing creative flair and innovation.  

We’re proud to have been shortlisted for three of these prestigious awards, recognising our video production team’s ability to create authentic and powerful  content for our clients.  

Best Internal Video:  Working with Stonewater, one of the UK’s largest social housing providers , we produced an authentic and hard-hitting film – ‘I am Stonewater’ – to celebrate and highlight the company’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.   

Best Creative Strategy: Our second nomination with Stonewater highlights our innovative approach and strategic thinking when producing a visual narrative that spotlights the real life challenges faced by some of Stonewater’s customers. ‘Living with The Real Cost of Living’ is a compelling hero video based on insights from customer-facing teams and real-life experiences during the current economic crisis. Designed to put the Stonewater team in their customers shoes. 

Best Use of Video as Part of an Integrated Campaign:Start Living Your Future’ is a recruitment video we created for United Utilities to promote their 2023 apprenticeship program. This shortlist acknowledges our ability to seamlessly integrate video into a wider campaign. The video was crafted to attract talent and showcase United Utilities’ appeal as an employer, contributing significantly to the increase in candidate engagement.

These shortlists showcase our commitment to pushing the boundaries of corporate video communication, demonstrating excellence in creativity, strategic thinking and integration. Winners of the Lens Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony in February 2024, where the best in the industry will come together to celebrate the achievements and innovations in corporate video communication.
