Andrew Taylor, a past 50 Shades contributor, invited Sam Stafford to contribute to a National Planning Forum seminar on the Levelling Up & Regeneration Bill (LURB) and, in preparation for the event, Sam invited the other panellists to record a preparatory chat. The panel consisted from:
