Reflecting our extensive work in promoting strategic land across the country, we have joined the Land Promoters and Developers Federation (LPDF) as an affiliate member.
Promoters play a critical role in the delivery of homes and infrastructure; 41% of homes on sites above 1,000 homes have had a specialist land promoter promoting the site for development, according to LPDF.
LPDF brings together the UK’s leading land promotion and development businesses to represent their views in working with government, local authorities and communities to deploy this expertise and enhance the planning process.
BECG knows the vital role that strategic land has to play in combatting the housing crisis and delivering the development we need. We are thus extremely pleased to join LPDF as a leading voice in representing the sector.
We look forward to attending LPDF events, as well as contributing to their policy discussions.
Andrew Howard, Managing Director at BECG, said:
“BECG works on all kinds of strategic land projects with clients across the public and private sectors. We’re really looking forward to getting involved with LPDF, allowing us to contribute to policy and thinking about how this crucial sector can address the UK’s housing needs.”
