Strategy

Cavendish played a pivotal role in supporting the wider project team, engaging with key stakeholders and mobilising support from both politicians and members of the public. Despite facing resistance from local dissenters, proactive measures were taken to address the concerns through early and strategic engagements.

Meetings with various stakeholders, including community groups, were tailored to foster open dialogue regarding the proposed plans and to comprehensively address any concerns raised.
