Background
Cavendish Consulting has been appointed by Greycoat Real Estate to lead on local politicaland community engagement for the next phase of the Bourn Airfield – one of the mostsignificant new settlements in South Cambridgeshire.
Following the purchase of the site by a new joint venture partnership in 2024, after VistryGroup (Countryside) secured outline planning consent, Cavendish has been engaged tomanage and deliver a refreshed approach to engagement as the project moves towardsdetailed planning and delivery.
