In Nov 2022 Willmott Dixon launched their Decarbonisation Service into the market, promoting their expertise while conditioning the market to understand they don’t just offer construction and interiors, but delivery too.
As part of the launch, Cavendish assisted with the development of a market proposition, branding (logo and name development), key messaging, and supporting sales and marketing collateral.
We got to work with a kick-off workshop with key internal stakeholders to identify the service name, inform logo development and agree the key messaging. Alongside this, we undertook desk research, including competitor and peer channel and content audits.
The next steps were to define the value proposition and build the story. This formed the basis of Willmott Dixon’s 30 second elevator pitch which underpinned all written marketing collateral.
The creative team used the research and insights to inform their approach to naming the new service and designing the new logo.
A suite of content was then delivered to support the internal and external launch, which was amplified across social and digital channels. This included a live-action launch video, customer case studies, print and digital brochure, social animations and internal comms.
