The community development strategy encompassed a wide range of activities, centred around engaging and activating the community, setting out objectives, insights and priorities, and providing a plan, the processes, mechanisms and protocols needed to deliver an effective programme of communications and engagement.

The client has a 12-month forward plan of communications and engagement activities, one that is synced to development milestones, developer’s timelines, residents’ priorities, local initiatives and more. In part driven by our work to break down silos between developers on site, and bring stakeholders and developers together to improve the experience of living at Linmere.

This is supported by a clear response management process, derisking issues on site when they arise as residents know how to contact the team and trust they will receive a reliable and timely response.
