Background

We have been working with Buckland Developments and Southwark Estates to deliver the consultation and branding for the new community of Welborne.

The site consists of 6,000 homes, located north of Farnham. This project is all about place making.

The landowners, Southwark estates and Buckland Developments, want to create a development that will have a lasting legacy, one that is sympathetic to the local community and provides quality homes with generous networks of green space, the right infrastructure, local jobs and a neighbourhood community.
