What we are providing

CtW required a rebrand to align with their evolving mission.

Background

Communities that Work champions the transformative power of employment in improving lives and housing outcomes. Formerly, Give us a Chance, the name change marked a significant step in aligning their identity with this mission. Their previous branding didn’t fully convey their purpose or resonate with stakeholders. They needed a refreshed brand that would inspire collaboration and enhance their presence in the sector.

Strategy

We created a new bold brand with a modern, inclusive logo that kept communities at its core while reflecting the organisatio’s focus on employment and opportunity. This was complemented by a vibrant visual identity designed to foster engagement, collaboration, and meaningful discussions.

To ensure consistency across platforms and for use by members and stakeholders, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines that outlined the application of the new identity. We also rolled out the branding across key assets, including a website reskin, annual report, event collateral, and a compelling video that introduced the new identity to the sector.

The
results.

The rebrand repositioned Communities that Work as a forward-thinking leader in the housing sector. It elevated their visibility, strengthened stakeholder engagement, and amplified their mission to empower tenants through employment, setting the foundation for future success.
