We provided strategic design support to Stonewater, refreshing their brand guidelines and aligning them with the organisation’s core values.
Background
Stonewater, a prominent housing provider, sought to refresh its brand guidelines to better equip its teams and support a digital-first communications strategy. Over the years, their corporate image library has become outdated and needed a refresh to reflect the organisation they are today and better represent their customer-first approach to service delivery.
Strategy
As a trusted partner, we provided strategic design support to Stonewater led by our Creative Director. We refreshed Stonewater’s brand guidelines, aligning them with the organisation’s core values to ensure clarity and consistency. Recognising the shift to digital-first communications, we introduced new ‘digital-friendly’ guidelines to optimise the brand for online platforms.
To complement the brand refresh, we created intuitive page designs for their new website working closely with Stonewater’s web development partner. Collaborating at key stages throughout the project to ensure that the brand and user experience came together seamlessly.
Alongside this, we began rebuilding their corporate image library, curating visuals that authentically portray Stonewater’s customer-first approach, its culture, and service USPs. Empowering Stonewater to communicate more effectively through their brand while reflecting their inclusivity and forward-thinking ethos.
