Background

Aster wanted to take a different approach when seeking to recruit non-executive directors to their board. They wanted to use emotive storytelling to attract and engage potential candidates to the role and share their company vision: ‘Everyone has a home’. Highlighting the importance of home, the possibilities that shared ownership provides, and Aster’s role in that journey.

Strategy

Using a storytelling approach, we produced a highly emotive and compelling film that showed the journey of a central protagonist, from their early life as a child in rented accommodation, to purchasing her first home through shared ownership as an adult – demonstrating the support Aster provides for people at different life stages.

Our video production team managed the entire creative process, from initial creative concepts and storyboarding, through to production (including sourcing of locations, cast, costumes and props) and post-production to deliver a high-quality emotive story video that surpassed client expectations.
