Cavendish assisted West Coast Estates throughout the consultation period for the development of a multi-million-pound business park in Perth.
Members of the community were engaged through a project website and comprehensive support mobilisation strategy. Alongside this, Cavendish facilitated a number of meetings with key stakeholders, including Councillors Andy Chan, Noah Khogali and John Duff, as well as MSPs Liz Smith and Murdo Fraser and Pete Wishart MP.

The first half of the application which covers the Electric Vehicle and Hydrogen charging facility was approved unanimously by Councillors on 13th December 2023.
