Construction communications

Delivering effective and engaging communications
for construction projects

Ensuring a consistent approach with the communities impacted by your project is essential for building trust and obtaining a social license to operate. By maintaining open channels of communication beyond the planning stage, we help our clients to mitigate the risks associated with stakeholder confusion.

We have created a Construction Communications Toolkit that provides six principles to guide stakeholder engagement during construction activity. Complete the adjacent sign-up form to download it.

After you’ve secured your consent, you have a host of engaged residents and stakeholders waiting to see what comes next.

Maintaining relationships and ensuring that stakeholders are informed throughout the construction process is vital for projects of all scales. Stakeholder engagement and social value strategies will add value to all aspects of your project, including helping to meet your consent requirements, mitigate and manage risk, celebrate successes, and preserve/improve your reputation.

It’s about being a good neighbour and establishing a long-term, positive working relationship with the community you are part of.

Our experience spans some of the country’s largest infrastructure projects, to smaller housing developments.
