Crisis Communications & Reputation Management
Reputations on
the line.
The risks facing organisations today are more varied and extreme than at any time in history. Reputations can be lost in seconds, share prices slashed in minutes, and brand value completely erased if organisations are not prepared for crisis situations or communicate badly when they happen.
Safeguard your reputation.
Our award-winning team draws together a unique blend of experts in corporate affairs and risk mitigation, with backgrounds in the media, politics, corporate communications and digital engagement.
Supported by bespoke social listening technology and monitoring tools, we provide the senior counsel, practical support, and tools you need to take control, and emerge with your reputation intact.
Readiness and resilience.
In today’s complex environment, our proven SCAN methodology helps clients understand crisis and risk management and gives them the skills to respond to situations that could erode long-term stakeholder trust in their organisation with control and confidence.
Our model is centred around readiness and resilience. It provides the fundamental principles to successfully handle a crisis, prioritising effective communications strategies that can be executed alongside any operational response.

How we do it.
The SCAN model is designed to give teams the tools and skills to stay on the front foot and act decisively under pressure to keep their reputation intact.

Clarity: clear plans, processes and responsibilities to enable clear and confident action under pressure.
Ability: ensuring team members have the skills and confidence to respond under pressure. This includes media handling, decision making and stakeholder management techniques.
Navigate: embed readiness by stress-testing and refining your crisis response through real-life crisis simulations.
Whether you’re planning for the unexpected or refining your communications response, get in touch to ensure your organisation is prepared here.
