Media Training
Make your story stand out.
The media remains one of the most powerful platforms for organisations to shape perception, build trust, and tell your story on your own terms. 96% of UK adults consume news daily – whether watching, listening, or reading.
Maximise the moment.
Making your message resonate – especially under the spotlight – takes skill.
Whether you’re preparing for a live TV or radio interview, a podcast, a sit-down briefing, or a video call, each format has its own nuances. Knowing how to navigate them is the key to success.
Preparation and authenticity are key.
Audiences respond to authenticity, clarity, and confidence. These are the foundations of trust – and the hallmarks of effective media engagement.
Our media training is delivered by seasoned professionals, including former national journalists and government advisers. We bring insider knowledge and real-world experience to help you feel confident, stay on message, and make an impact.
We’ll sharpen your delivery, help you manage reputational risk, and build enduring media relationships – ensuring your message lands with precision and purpose.

Elevate your media skills.
We offer tailored half-day and full-day media training programmes, designed around your specific needs and objectives.
Each session blends theory with practice – covering core media and messaging skills through interactive exercises, mock interviews, and personalised feedback. We adapt the format to suit the experience level and seniority of participants, the issues they’re likely to face, and whether the focus is on a particular topic or broader media scenarios.
