Leading our team in NI, Dawn has over 15 years corporate communications experience at large independent firms, global agencies and small owner-managed PR boutiques. She works with clients in the property, tourism, professional services and FMCG sectors; delivering sound media strategy and creative integrated communications and engagement campaigns. She has experience running UK-wide and global accounts. She is comfortable running multi-discipline teams, providing strategic direction, creative solutions and driving impactful results for clients aligned to commercial objectives.



Symon has in depth understanding of the media and communications landscape. With more than 20 years’ experience as a consultant and journalist, he has delivered strategic communications, reputation management and corporate affairs services to clients in a range of sectors. He was a business journalist for nearly 15 years, working across print, digital and broadcast media for the likes of the BBC, Dow Jones Newswires and the Belfast Telegraph. Symon leads corporate communications activity for clients in Northern Ireland and Ireland.



Ben has over 10 years’ experience working across Public Affairs and the Built Environment. He provides senior counsel to clients and has a track record of securing policy change, managing risks, and navigating political turbulence. With a deep understanding of the built environment, he provides strategic guidance on planning communications and community engagement. Ben’s vast experience in Brussels, Westminster and the Northern Ireland Assembly, coupled with his knowledge of the political landscape, provides clients with unrivalled insights.



Paul has twenty five years’ experience in political and corporate communications across Ireland but mostly in Belfast, where he founded MCE (now Cavendish) in 2006. His advisory work in crisis communications, political strategy and corporate affairs for a wide range of clients across virtually every sector gives him a unique insight into issues on the island of Ireland. His career started in television production and research and he also served for two years as Head of Communications for one of Northern Ireland’s major political parties.



Niamh has extensive knowledge in PR and comms across a wide variety of sectors in both corporate and consumer facing industries.
Through her strong relationships with broadcast, print and online media, as well as UK and Ireland trade media, Niamh specialises in securing corporate news and profiling, campaign led activations and driving ongoing, right-fit proactive media relations for her clients.
Niamh is responsible for managing and executing the ongoing retained PR support for some of Northern Ireland’s best-known brands, including Danske Bank, Tourism Northern Ireland, Fibrus, Dobbies, The Boulevard and Lotus Property.



Bronagh is an experienced communications professional who is well versed with the challenges and expectations of large corporate businesses, having worked with likes of The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), Dale Farm, Translink and Musgrave Group.
She has built strong relationships with regional, national, broadcast and trade outlets securing proactive media opportunities for her clients. Bronagh is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and has a particular interest in agricultural business and sustainability.
