What we are looking for

  • An interest in the Healthcare and Science sectors
  • A hunger to learn, an enthusiastic attitude and an open mind. 
  • A desire to work at pace, learn by osmosis from industry experts, and deliver consistently high-quality work. 
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • A science-based degree or equivalent experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or science sectors
  • Experience in a communications role, in an agency or a role with transferable skills in the Health and Science sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

What you’ll need to do

Be a key member of the team, supporting in the delivery and development of programmes to ensure client and Group objectives are met. Specific duties will include:

  • Supporting the team working with clients across healthcare, pharmaceuticals and scientific sectors, including organisational support for a range of clients and projects
  • Data analysis and summarising scientific research
  • Media relations including media monitoring and analysis, writing press releases, developing relationships with journalists and presenting good quality, accurate articles with attention to detail. 
  • Drafting market and sector updates and insights reports.
  • Undertaking extensive research and providing insight that can help shape campaigns. 
  • Using social media to promote engagement activities and support with analysis.  
  • Participating in the presentation of new and existing business pitches.
  • Developing and writing high quality content, materials and presentations.
  • Contributing to the marketing efforts of the team and wider business.
