London’s planning maze: your guide.

With 32 boroughs and the City of London — each with its own uniquely vibrant community, distinct outlook, and competing priorities — ever-changing development policies, and sky high land values (and expectations), London is like no other place in the UK.

Opportunities meet complexity.

Blending expert technical knowledge with a deep understanding of the tensions between local, regional, and national politics, we help you navigate London’s planning process with skill and sensitivity. Using political savvy, data-backed insights, and clever thinking to influence decision-makers and local communities. Bringing some the capital’s most vital projects to life.
