Our polling report (conducted by YouGov) coincides with an increase in promises from political parties to speed up planning, drive investment in the infrastructure supply chain and deliver better systems and services across the UK. But are these infrastructure priorities resonating with the public? And what does more infrastructure mean to the communities who will need to host it?

Our report goes beyond the ‘NIMBY’ title, taking a detailed look at public views on infrastructure. It looks at what type of infrastructure developments the British public would support in their area, the key concerns that the public has, and who the public see as blockers to the delivery of major projects.
