Adding value from allocation to delivery
Strategic communications for strategic land
Supporting strategic land promotions across the UK and Ireland is a core part of what we do. Our in-depth knowledge of planning processes across Local Authorities—combined with our involvement in local plans, neighbourhood plans, and place-based strategies—means we’re expertly placed to guide you through the allocation and planning journey, ensuring your site is noticed for the right reasons by the people who matter.
Generating support for strategic promotions
Promoting land for long-term development is never straightforward—but that’s where we come in. From navigating political processes to forging relationships that stand the test of time, we help you move confidently through the promotional lifecycle.
No two strategic sites are the same—each presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. We thrive on that complexity. By combining our expertise in planning communications, public affairs, marketing, and reputation management, we shape compelling narratives that position your site positively and credibly.
Through focused political engagement, strategic media relations, and community consultation, we build support among key stakeholders by linking your site to local priorities—whether that’s growth, investment, housing, or infrastructure.
Navigating a changing landscape: the impact of devolution and local government reform
As Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and devolution continue to reshape how planning decisions are made—particularly through the introduction of Combined Authorities and Spatial Development Strategies—strategic land promotion is entering a new phase.
These changes are creating new centres of influence, broader geographies for plan-making, and more complex political environments. Our team is actively working within these evolving structures, helping clients stay one step ahead as decision-making powers shift and local governance becomes increasingly strategic.
Our track record speaks for itself. We’ve helped secure allocations and permissions for a wide range of strategic land schemes, cutting through regulation and complexity with clarity and credibility. That’s why we’re trusted by leading landowners and developers, including Crest Nicholson and Taylor Wimpey.

Get Britain Building might be a slogan of the new Labour Government, but it’s rhetoric that we’ve heard time and time again. There is a consensus on the fact that there is a housing crisis, but not on how to fix it.
Reform UK is no longer a fringe movement. With a foothold in Parliament, control of key councils, and a digital presence that outpaces the major parties, Reform is rewriting the rules of political engagement – and putting brands, policies, and reputations in the firing line.
The rise of negative discourse brings with it a heightened risk. We’ve mapped the most influential online voices, and measured their impact on the political and media landscape: meet the Spinfluencers.
A General Election will take place in 2024 and how parties approach Net Zero is set to be a core differentiator.
