Cavendish at UKREiiF.

By Krystian Groom – Head of Business Development

UKREiiF has rapidly become the UK’s must-attend forum for real estate, infrastructure and place-based investment and in 2026, Cavendish will once again be at the heart of the conversation.

From 19–21 May in Leeds, colleagues from across our 12 UK and Ireland offices will be bringing together policymakers, investors, developers and operators to explore how we unlock sustainable growth and investment across the country. With an ambitious programme spanning property, energy, infrastructure and the future of high streets, our presence reflects our role as a trusted adviser at the intersection of public policy, planning and communications.

A centrepiece of our activity at this year’s forum is our support for long-standing client McDonald’s, and we’ll be hosting a series of high-profile panel discussions and receptions in the McDonald’s Pavilion. These sessions will tackle some of the most pressing issues facing the built environment and hospitality sectors from reforming the planning system and revitalising high streets, to building skills, jobs and long-term opportunity in communities across the UK.

Other highlights include our joint session with Stonewater focussed on the delivery of rural housing, and our Wednesday Wind down in the Partnership Pavilion in conjunction with Vistry, the Local Government Association, the County Councils Network and the Local Councils Network.

If you’re attending UKREiiF, we’d be delighted to see you in Leeds. Join us for the discussions, the receptions, and the chance to connect with a team focused on helping projects and places succeed.
