Background

GenesisCare is Australia’s leading provider of radiation oncology, cardiology and sleep treatments. In 2015 GenesisCare acquired Cancer Partners UK – the UKs leading provider of private cancer services. An integral part of the strategy to achieve GenesisCare’s vision of expanding their oncology service offering to the UK and elsewhere in Europe was to rebrand Cancer Partners UK as Genesis Care UK.

As well as the rebranding of any physical assets, the successful integration of GenesisCare UK was dependent on the effective and careful management and communication of the company’s culture; values and beliefs, to all key stakeholders.

Cavendish played an integral role in the rollout of the brand across all patient and health professional materials including specialist treatment and care brochures and leaflets, website content, and video content too. We used the rebrand as an opportunity to review the content and streamline the production of patient collateral to a more concise suite of materials that were more patient friendly.

The project was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule which allowed the client to focus on the roll-out of communications to all stakeholders. And the UK brand guidelines were adopted by the parent company in Australia.
