Working alongside a high-profile public body, Enfield Council, our team were trusted with the Council’s reputation while delivering communications and consultation over a major estate regeneration project.
Over a three year period, we delivered a new brand identity for the project which will deliver over 2,000 new homes once complete and consulted on the phased masterplan around 3 key themes: Your Home, Your Estate, and Your Neighbourhood.
The consultation on the wider masterplan was extensive and involved three separate rounds of consultation – including workshops, online and offline events, political and business engagement. This resulted in a 75% yes vote from residents in favour of the estate regeneration.
Following the ballot campaign, we then delivered a wider consultation involving the wider community, businesses and politicians. This was delivered over a six month period, finalising in a planning submission in October 2022.
Working directly for the local authority meant that we were required to fully integrate ourselves into the working of the council, fully understanding their priorities and structures.
